Being centred on a beautiful man-made lake, the town gorgeously rambles up and down the hillsides. Nestled amidst the patches of Shola forest and evergreen broadleaved fauna, Kodaikanal overlooks the majestic Western Ghats. Every year millions of tourists from across the globe frequent this magnificent hill station of South India. It has also become very famous amongst the honeymooners and passionate bikers. Avoiding the heat-soaked plains, disembark into the misty chill of Kodaikanal. Get enchanted by the unadulterated beauty of the nature and unravel the grandeur of the erstwhile colonialism.
Arrival at Coimbatore airport/ railway station. Then proceed to Kodaikanal. Kodaikanal is a hill town in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It’s set in an area of granite cliffs, forested valleys, lakes, waterfalls and grassy hills. Check in to the hotel. Evening at leisure. Over night stay at hotel.
After Morning breakfast proceed for half day local tour of Kodaikanal, covering Bryant Park, Coaker's walk, Pillar Rock and Suicide point. Evening visit Kodai Lake. Kodai lake is a man-made star shaped lake, which spreads out over sixty acres. Evening return back to hotel and over night stay at hotel .
Morning after breakfast check out hotel and proceed to Coimbatore airport/ railway station for onward journey.
