Nubra Ecolodge is located near Sumur sand dunes in the Nubra Valley. A beautiful land with fantastical and surreal landscapes. It is a true representation of splendid beauty with lofty mountains, deep blue water, white dunes, Buddhist monuments, beautiful mosques and warm people. Guests can arrive at the hotel through the Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport and Jammu Tawi Railway Station which are well connected to the major cities.
The Main house has three guestrooms. It also has a common dining room, kitchen and traditional living area. A large open deck facing the valley near the vegetable garden is used as a lounge or for dining in fair weather. Home cooked local ladakhi and Indian cuisine with a fixed menu will be served at on-site restaurant. Ideal location to go for long walks along the Sumur sand dunes along the nubra river. Campfire and local music and dance can be arranged on request at extra cost.
The lodge has its farm where they have a organic vegetable garden and a small green house for the winter. It also has four Safari Tents and two Cottages and have located them so as to get the best views of the snow capped mountains and the nubra river.
