Darjeeling in India owes its grandeur to its natural beauty, its clean fresh mountain air and above all, the smiling resilient people for whom it is a home. A steep ride, five kilometers from Ghoom, or an invigorating walk up a steep incline, leads sun worshippers to Tiger Hill. The air is chilly with darkness and damp. To the east, a dull orange sun emerged painting the sky with brilliant strokes of magenta, gold, orange and fuchsia.
Meet & greet with our representative at NJP Railway station /Bagdogra Airport & transfer to Gangtok. On arrival check in to the hotel. In the evening you can visit local market or nearby area (at your own). Overnight at hotel.
After Breakfast Proceed for Gangtok local Sightseeing Ganesh Tok, Tashi View Point, Enchey Monastery, Bakthang waterfalls ,Nam Nang view point, Ropeway, Flower Show, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology & Do Drul Chorten (Stupa).etc Evening Free for leisure and Shopping (By Own).Overnight stay at Gangtok.
After breakfast drive to Tsomgo Lake (Alt 12000ft/3600M), a high altitude alpine lake close to Indo-China Border. Enjoy playing in snow and try Yak Ride and proceed further to Legendary Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Back to Hotel. Night stay at Gangtok hotel. Optional Tour to Nathula Pass (14000 ft/4200 M) on China Border can be arranged (except Monday, Tuesday) for Indians only at an additional cost. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Post breakfast take the departure transfer to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station for your onward journery.
30 days or more before date of departure: Booking Fee 25% of total cost.
29 - 20 days before date of departure: Booking Fee 50% of total cost.
19 - 16 days before date of departure: Booking Fee 100% of total cost.
Important : The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.
If you Cancel your Holiday, You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy. In case of cancellation or non-utilization of any service (transportation, hotels accommodation (part / full), permits etc.) because of any reason (ill health, flight delay / cancellation / hike in fare, strike / road block / bad weather or any other natural calamities) there will be no refund for the unutilized service. The guests will have to bear the extra expenses of change in itinerary..
